What is LexCall and what is its purpose?
LexCall is the Lexington Fayette Urban County Governments centralized service and information call center. It is the easy access number you can call 311 or 425-2255 with any request or question regarding local government services. When you call LexCall during office hours (M-F, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.) you will speak with a friendly person who will help you ... not a recording. If your call is after hours you will hear a message directing you to officials who will assist you.
How does LexCall make it easier for you?
• One Call - thats all! No more having to tell your story to several people.
• If we don’t have the answer, we will connect you to the person or office that does.
• Access city services from your home or business or mobile device and check the status of your request.
• Ask a question about your local government and we will research and get back to you with the answer as soon as possible.
What if my issue is an emergency?
If you have a life or property threatening emergency you should dial 911 immediately.
